Just a quick update – we are playing some shows coming up.
Check out our dates! We are making the usual rounds – you know – Philly and the Valley (oh, how we’ve missed you!)

We are stoked to be playing with The LV’s finest pop-punks, WESTON, on Saturday. We also have an amazing show with Slingshot Dakota on Sunday! Check out our show calender on the left for more info. Hope to see you all there!
That’ll be the last god-damn time Jordan comes to a Paramedic! show and tries to walk out unscathed.Although Larry got knocked out twice… the remaining/standing members of Paramedic! were able to thwart the malicious efforts of Joe Fox and Jordan H. We proved this week-end that despite their best efforts, we can, as a cohesive unit, stand up to any challenge that lays before us. There was broken tables, shattered picture frames, bruised clavicles and bloodied exteriors… but it was nothing compared to the thought that we will never have to worry about Jordan H slandering the saint like fortitude of our good friend, Chris Reject. Our arms have been raised in victory as Paramedic! and Spraynard ride the chariot of friendship into the glorious adventure of the upcoming weekend. |

Hey, look at this!We have a funny little interview upon punknews this morning with our buds Spraynard. Discussions include how the members of Paramedic! are older than old, and if lasers are actually dangerous or fun (the verdict still seems to be out on this one.) You can see it all here. OR you can click (read more) below for the complete interview posted right here in our blog. |
Hey friends, we’ve been a little slow with our blog lately. But never fear – we have some fun stuff on the horizon! We’ve been sleeping through what was left of the winter (hoping to wake up to spring), and locking ourselves in our lavish practice space (cold basement with no windows) polishing off a batch of new songs that never quite got the attention they were deserving.
However, as you guys might have noticed, we have a Split 7″ coming out with Spraynard and we are in the works planning a 3 day record release extravaganza to celebrate! Over the weekend of May 7th we are going to be hitting up Philly, West Chester, and the LV with the sole intentions of celebrating, lighting off some fireworks, getting as rowdy as possible, and playing music. There are going to be some other really fun surprises we can’t get into right now- so make sure you get your butt to one (if not ALL) of these shows. Seriously – you aren’t going to want to miss this.
The 7″ is still available for pre-order. You still get a sweet poster. Check out the links below.

Can you even believe how good these posters look?I mean- seriously- they are absolutely amazing! You should probably check them out again- no really. It seems like stuff with the split is coming along really well! We are waiting for the vinyl to come back from the plant, but in the mean time we have an amazing poster to drool over. These little gems were designed by the ever-so-talented Madeline Eagle and were printed last night by an amazing dude known only as the “Ravishing” Chris Regec. The good news is – you can get yourself one of these hand screen printed posters, but you are going to have to pre-order our record! They will only be available to to the first 50-ish people who pre-order, and you can secure your copy by going to the Square of Opposition site HERE! Once again – these will NOT be onsale at shows. So, if you snooze – you lose! (We say that with only love, of course.) |
We also decided to try out a new “look” for our band….I was dressed in my finest, newly acquired, UFO pants – to complete my transition into being probably the first non-substance-indulgent raver in history. Charlie donned his Yeti costume (but he looked more like a “raver,” as well, if you ask me) and finally Larry humored us and agreed to wear a bear head (which seems to be missing in action, so keep an eye peeled in case you took it home thinking it was YOUR bear head).

Tight! Square of Opposition is putting this little piece of gold together. Plans are to have it finished in March! We’ve played a bunch of shows with these handsome young gents and we’ve decided to make the friendship official. Weekend trips are in the works for us, and we’re pumped about that… but zia is a bit worried because she thinks its weird that they were born in the 90’s… like “is it wrong that I was in college when dos was 9 years old”. Could be…? Below are the demo recordings of the songs that will be on the split. |

Don’t know how it happened, but you can hear our demo on LastFM.No clue who did this for us or how it came about, but thank you very much! Apparently, we are on tour. Check it out… it’s free. |
